How to Wear Forme®?
Forme® is designed to be worn as part of your everyday routine, at work, while traveling, during workouts, athletics, rehab, post surgery, or even while sleeping.
✔ Begin by wearing for a few hours per day during the first 1–2 weeks to allow the body to gradually adapt to changes in muscle activation and postural alignment.
✔ An immediate improvement in posture may be observed upon wear, without conscious effort, due to the smart apparel's integrated alignment technology.
✔ Mild muscle soreness may occur within 1–2 days of initial use, similar to muscle adaptation or training fatigue. If discomfort occurs, discontinue use for 1–2 days before resuming wear.

- What are the Care instructions for the ACE Polo?
- Take good care of your Forme® product, and it’ll take good care of you. We recommend washing our products on cold without using detergent, or hand washing with cold water and soap. Do not wash them with other clothing, and avoid using fabric softener or detergent, as they can inhibit Forme’s moisture-wicking and UV protective quality, as well as break down the fibers that make them stretchy and firm. Hang-dry instead of using a dryer.
