Shipping

Due to carrier issues, some shipments may be delayed. We apologize for the inconvenience.

• All orders placed on Monday-Friday by 12 pm PST will ship within 1-3 business days. Orders placed during holidays, special promotions (Black Friday/Cyber Monday), and weekends may take an extra 1-2 business days for order processing.

• Delivery times will vary based on your delivery address. Most packages will arrive within 3-7 business days.

• Forme is not responsible for packages after they have left the warehouse. Forme is also not responsible for lost or stolen packages after the tracking says they have been delivered.

• Flat rate shipping refers to our flat rate shipping cost, which is a fixed cost for all customers. We currently do not
use USPS Priority Flat Rate shipping.

Return Policy

• Forme will happily accept returns/exchanges for eligible products within 21 days from the date of purchase.

• You will receive instructions and a label for the return/exchange process via email. If you do not use our return labels, we can not guarantee a refund. The labels we provide are how we track and verify returns and exchanges internally.

• All return items must be in the mail within 2 weeks of the label being generated.

• All orders placed with the Winter Sale discount are final sale, and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

• All sales of the Arch Booster Sock, Contour Short and Forme® eGift Card are final, and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

• All merchandise must be returned in new condition with all tags and packaging intact. Please thoroughly evaluate your items before initiating the return process. Make sure they meet all the following mandatory requirements:
‎‎+ Tags still attached
+ Care label and size label intact
+ No deodorant marks
+ No makeup marks
+ No stains
+ No odors (including perfume)
+ No alterations
+ No holes
+ No tears
+ No other damage

• If you are attempting to return merchandise that is more than 21 days old, without tags, or damaged due to usage, unfortunately we will not be able to process the return per our policy. 

• The cost of the shipping label will be deducted from your refund amount once the label is generated. The label cost is variable based on your order and location.

• Please return in the original packaging to avoid extra fees from USPS.

• Damaged products must be reported to hello@forme.science within 48 hours of delivery to qualify for a return or exchange. Please include photos of the damage in your initial email.

• An exchange can only be made for a product of the same value.

• Orders that have already been placed are not eligible for price adjustments.

• Forme is not responsible for any lost returns.

• Customers are responsible for all shipping costs.

Returns

To initiate a return, please make sure your products meet the return requirements, and email hello@forme.science with the following information:

• Order # and email associated with the order
• Reason for return/exchange
• Required pictures of the products (please turn the product inside-out):
+ Front
+ Back
+ Care and size tag

• Please make sure the pictures are taken in adequate lighting and are in focus. Pictures must be sent in a .jpeg, .pdf, .png, or zip file.

International Returns

• All sales final for products shipped outside of the United States.

Exchanges

To initiate an exchange, please make sure your products meet the return requirements, and email hello@forme.science with the following information:

• Order # and email associated with the order
• Reason for exchange
• Product you would like to exchange for, including size and color
• Required pictures of the products (please turn the product inside-out):
+ Front
+ Back
+ Care and size tag

Refunds

• Refunds to your original payment method can take up to 3-10 business days depending on the banking institution.

• Once a refund has been processed on our end, all future questions should go to your payment provider. Even if your card number has changed, your payment provider will ensure that it goes into the correct account.

• Orders made using the JANET15 offer are only eligible for store credit or exchanges. If you have any questions, please email us at hello@forme.science.

• Shipping, handling, and Route Package Protection charges are non-refundable, unless an error occurred on our part while shipping your order. Refunds for returned items will be issued in either original form of payment or store credit.

• Store credit information will be emailed to the email address associated with the order. Please make sure to check all folders including spam.
