You may be able to pay with your FSA/HSA card through our partnership with Flex. Please make sure to select Flex at checkout and follow their procedure to see if you are eligible. To use Flex, make sure you are not logged in to ShopPay during checkout.
Flex will administer a short health questionnaire to provide you a letter of medical necessity to clear the reimbursement. Once you have received this letter, it will be valid for the continuing year for all Forme purchases. Please note that health insurance is separate from HSA/FSA, and Flex’s documents will likely not cover use in that case. As always, please consult with your physician if you have any medical questions or concerns.
If you purchased the Power Bra and feel it doesn't offer enough armpit freedom or chest coverage, you’re welcome to exchange it for the alternative Power+ Bra.

• Start with a few hours of wear per day for the first 1–2 weeks to allow your body to gradually adapt to the increased muscle engagement and postural alignment.
• You may notice an immediate improvement in posture upon putting it on, without any conscious effort.
• Before wearing, gently stretch the armholes to soften the fabric and reduce any initial tightness under the arms.
• In some cases, mild muscle soreness may be noticed within 1–2 days of first wear, similar to how muscles feel when adapting to new training. If you experience this, we kindly recommend taking a brief 1–2 day break before resuming wear at your comfort level.

For an optimal and comfortable wearing experience, we recommend the following steps.
• Gently stretch the armholes until comfortable before wearing. This helps soften the fabric and reduce initial tightness under the arms.
• Wear a barrier layer underneath the Forme® bra if your it feels extra snug during initial use. Use a thin, moisture-wicking undershirt and opt for seamless or tagless designs to reduce friction.
If you are having issues with the bra not fitting comfortably, we recommend wearing the Core V-Neck over your regular bra instead. It offers our strongest posture transformation technology, and is ideal for those with spine or shoulder issues.
