Where is Forme® manufactured?

We believe in having a positive and enriching impact on the community, which is why all of our products are manufactured at home in the USA. We want to foster great relationships with our vendors, support for our community and maintain excellent quality control by staying local.

Many of our facilities utilize clean energy and we have incorporated biodegradable elements into our packaging.

When should I wear Forme?

Forme is designed to be worn daily and can enhance your daily activities, from your desk to your workout. The technology within Forme is seamless and powerful, delivering effective posture correction in a high performance garment that looks just like normal activewear.

How does wearing Forme wearables improve my posture?

You will notice an immediate difference in your posture when you first put on Forme. However, with daily, regular wear, your body will develop muscle memory to restore ideal posture without conscious effort. Ultimately, the goal of Forme is to create a biomechanical awareness of your body’s alignment, so that it keeps you in alignment subconsciously much like walking or breathing. Forme is about redefining your standard of performance, and redefining the basic form of you.

How do the wearables fit?

Since our products are wearables and not regular activewear, they will fit everyone differently depending on your body type. Please remember: the items are designed to be form-fitting, but should not be uncomfortable!

Is there a specific way to care for the item(s)?

Take good care of your Forme wearables, and they'll take good care of you. We recommend washing the wearables on cold and air drying them. Avoid using fabric softener or dryer sheets, as they can inhibit Forme’s moisture-wicking and UV protective quality, as well as break down the fibers that make them stretchy and firm.

What are the products made of?

Our wearables are made from various blends of spandex, polyester, lyocell, and nylon.

The item I want is out of stock! Do you have an ETA?

Unfortunately, we cannot provide exact arrival dates, however we are continuously working to stock items that are sold out or low in quantity. We encourage you to sign up for notifications, and that way you’ll receive an email the moment your desired item is in stock.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes! We currently ship to select markets in the Americas, Europe, Asia, Middle East, and Oceania. Please view our Shipping page for more information on the specific regions. Please be aware that customers are responsible for all shipping costs, including taxes and duties. All international sales are final sale, meaning they are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Shipping costs and transit times may vary depending on your shipping region.

What is Route Package Protection?

Route is a shipping insurance company that covers packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. You can file a claim through the email that Route sends you after you check out, or at claims.route.com.

How do these shirts differ from other products on the market?

We prioritized a natural look and feel to the products, so that they are able to be worn daily without the restriction of braces, wiring, or being oppressively tight. As you move out of the “good posture” range, the shirt will begin to gently tug on your shoulders. This tug is not enough on its own to pull you back or lock you in place. Instead, the muscles of your back have to react and naturally pull you back into the ideal posture position. In this way, your body "learns” good posture through positive muscle memory, as opposed to depending on a strap or brace that ends up atrophying the muscles by preventing them from working on their own.

Who needs Forme?

Everyone! Our products are great for people who spend time on their cell phones or computers by keeping them upright, while preventing neck and back tension. For active athletes or people in a physical therapy program, our clothing can provide outstanding support as well as allow optimal air flow during training. For healthcare professionals and frontline workers who spend hours upon hours bent over their patients, our product reminds them to care for themselves too. Elderly who have trouble standing straight are finding our products to be more comfortable and effective than anything else on the market. Asking “who should wear Forme?” is like asking “who should have good posture?” The answer is, “Everyone, including you!”

Why should I care about having good posture?

Medically, there are a slew of reasons to focus on improving posture: better breathing, reduced muscle tension, increased muscle recovery after a workout or physical therapy, taller stance, and potentially fewer tension headaches, to name a few. Moreover, your posture sends a social message. Having great posture, holding your head up high, shows confidence and quietly announces your arrival. How do I use a promo code?

During the checkout process, look for a field for a discount code underneath the item you are purchasing. Simply add in the discount code, and your discount should appear as long as the code is still active, and if you don’t have any other discounts applied.

Can I purchase this item with FSA/HSA?

Yes, please follow the procedure outlined below. Our products are FDA registered as part of the spine brace category, so you can purchase our products with your regular credit card and provide a receipt to your FSA/HSA providers indicating the purchase as a spine or relevant brace support, or elastic support product. Categories include but are not limited to: Back Braces, Shoulder Braces, Hip & Knee Braces, and Ankle / Foot braces. Most providers will accept this reimbursement procedure.

Some providers require a brace prescription from a physician to demonstrate rehabilitation necessity, while others do not. Submitting a prescription in your claim will usually be sufficient. Please contact your company’s HR department for FSA/HSA reimbursement.

Can I receive a tax deduction for my order?

You can receive a tax deduction in the spine brace category as a medical necessity. You can also submit your receipts to your CPA.
