How to Wear Forme®?
Forme® is designed to be worn as part of your everyday routine, at work, while traveling, during workouts, athletics, rehab, post surgery, or even while sleeping.
✔ Begin by wearing for a few hours per day during the first 1–2 weeks to allow the body to gradually adapt to changes in muscle activation and postural alignment.
✔ An immediate improvement in posture may be observed upon wear, without conscious effort, due to the smart apparel's integrated alignment technology.
✔ Mild muscle soreness may occur within 1–2 days of initial use, similar to muscle adaptation or training fatigue. If discomfort occurs, discontinue use for 1–2 days before resuming wear.

- If I have a 30 waist what size of shorts should order? How long are the shorts?

- What would be the best size to order? I'm not sure about my chest size. I am 5'10 and weigh 162 lbs. For reference, in dress shirts I wear a size 16 34/35 and in pants, I'm a size 34 waist. Would a medium or large be a better fit?
