How to Wear Forme®?
Forme® is designed to be worn as part of your everyday routine, at work, while traveling, during workouts, athletics, rehab, post surgery, or even while sleeping.
✔ Begin by wearing for a few hours per day during the first 1–2 weeks to allow the body to gradually adapt to changes in muscle activation and postural alignment.
✔ An immediate improvement in posture may be observed upon wear, without conscious effort, due to the smart apparel's integrated alignment technology.
✔ Mild muscle soreness may occur within 1–2 days of initial use, similar to muscle adaptation or training fatigue. If discomfort occurs, discontinue use for 1–2 days before resuming wear.
