Shipping

Due to increased demand during the holiday season, some shipments may be delayed. We apologize for the inconvenience, and appreciate your patience.

• On normal cycles, orders placed on Monday-Friday by 12 pm PST will ship within 2-5 business days. Orders placed during holidays, special promotions (Black Friday/Cyber Monday), and weekends may take an extra 1-2 business days for order processing.

• Delivery times will vary based on your delivery address. Most domestic orders will arrive within 4-8 business days.

• Forme is not responsible for packages after they have left the warehouse. Forme is also not responsible for lost or stolen packages after the tracking says they have been delivered. Please consider using Route Protection as an insurance to protect your package due to unforeseen circumstances from the third party shipping carriers, loss, or theft.

• Flat rate shipping refers to our flat rate shipping cost, which is a fixed cost for all customers. We currently do not use USPS Priority Flat Rate shipping.

 

International Shipping

We currently ship to most international regions. Please email customer service at hello@forme.science if you are unable to order. 

• Please be aware that customers are responsible for all shipping costs, including taxes and custom duties. Shipping costs may vary. For any further questions, please email us at hello@forme.science.

• International transit times will vary depending on the carrier and the region the order is shipped to, and is out of our control. Please be aware that there may be delays at customs clearance. We highly recommend adding Route Package Protection, which is an added layer of protection to your order to ensure replacement for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. • All international sales are FINAL SALE, and there are no refund or credit issued to the customer, even in the event that the customer refuses to pay possible additional custom duty or abandons the package.
