You will notice an immediate difference in your posture when you first put on Forme. However, with daily, regular wear, your body will develop muscle memory to restore ideal posture without conscious effort. Ultimately, the goal of Forme is to create a biomechanical awareness of your body’s alignment, so that it keeps you in alignment subconsciously much like walking or breathing. Forme is about redefining your standard of functioin, and redefining the basic form of you.

Take good care of your Forme® products, and they’ll take good care of you. We recommend washing our products on cold using natural soaps. Do not wash them with other clothing, and avoid using fabric softener, brightener, or bleach. Air-dry instead of using a dryer.

Route Shipping and Tracking is an optional insurance shipping protection. You have the option to not purchase Route. This shipping insurance company is not part of Forme, and covers packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. Please review the policies here to understand which lost, stolen, and damaged items Route will cover. You can file a claim through the email that Route sends you after you check out, or at claims.route.com.

If you are having issues with the bra not fitting comfortably, we recommend wearing the Core V-Neck over your regular bra instead. It offers our strongest posture transformation technology, and is ideal for those with spine or shoulder issues.

We prioritized a natural look and feel to the products, so that they are able to be worn daily without the restriction of braces, wiring, or being oppressively tight. As you move out of the “good posture” range, the shirt will begin to gently tug on your shoulders. This tug is not enough on its own to pull you back or lock you in place. Instead, the muscles of your back have to react and naturally pull you back into the ideal posture position. In this way, your body "learns” good posture through positive muscle memory, as opposed to depending on tight compression, a strap, or brace that may end up atrophying the muscles by preventing them from working on their own.
