I went with the medium regular armhole. The armhole is snug especially at the front. It is a bit bothersome - but I am still very happy with my purchase. I am very glad I went medium and not small. "It’s a good posture bra with nice support and works well when worn on its own for workouts. However, when wearing it under clothing, the neckline can be a little limiting depending on the style of the top. Similar to the Power Bra, the sides can feel a little uncomfortable after wearing it for a long time. I think slightly larger openings around the sides would make it more comfortable for extended wear."

"I wore this bra for two full days. Today I woke up pain-free. It is an amazing feeling to be free of the constant neck and back aches and pains that have plagued me for years and years. I have tried massages, hot packs, yoga, etc etc and nothing left me pain-free until now. As I said, I wore this bra for two full days (I am a RN, so my work days are 12+ hours long). "Absolutely no customer service. When I typed my concern to the AI attendant, I kept getting a response that was not helpful. I ended up putting the garment in the package it had arrived in and sent it to the only address I could find which was LA California. Garment was for a 12 years old with kyphosis and I had ordered an XS. It was much too large and the attendant told me 4 times to exchange for a larger size! Very disappointed. Won’t order again."

- I tried a size small. It fits, but I dislocate my shoulder getting it on and off. It’s past the return period. Is it worth trying a size medium or is this just not an option for me?

If the size Small feels too tight or restrictive—especially to the point of discomfort—you’re welcome to try the size Medium. For easier wear, we also recommend putting it on by pulling it up from your hips rather than over your shoulders.
