- I have a torn rotator cuff....Will these be hard to take off and put on...or put a lot of stress on shoulder when doing so? Im not worried about while its on based on the fact that my shoulder feels better when I focus on standing straight and tall, shoulders back.

Based on Forme’s sizing chart (from their Size + Care page), for a 32 DD, the recommended size is M for both the Power Bra and Revive Bra. Forme® We think the Revive Bra could be especially beneficial for her. It provides higher coverage and stronger posture support, which may help relieve her back and shoulder discomfort.
