"The power bra does help you keep a good posture. I am normally a 34D-34DD and got a medium, which fits great. The smaller arm holes do dig into my under arm flab/chicken wings so I have to adjust the bra over every now and again. I will try the bra with bigger arm holes next times but do wonder if that will enhance the flab? I wore it to workout and noticed a difference as well… instead of reminding myself to keep my back straight, I feel it working. It is not as restrictive as I thought it’s be ~ easy to get on/off. - I purchased a L and due to health issues I just tried it on. It was so painful that I only wore it for 5 minutes. I’m 5’4” and 134 lbs. My breasts spread out. I could hardly get band under my breast. Is there a way to stretch it out?
