Return and Exchange Policy

We want you to love your Forme® purchase! If you need to make a return or exchange, we’re happy to help. Here’s what you need to know: 

Return & Exchange Eligibility

✔ U.S. Orders Only: Returns and exchanges are available for orders shipped within the  United States, U.S. territories, and U.S. military addresses
Timeframe: Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of your order payment date 
Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged - in their original packaging with tags still attached. You're welcome to try it on at home - just make sure it's over light clothing or clean skin. Items with signs of makeup, deodorant, fragrance, or other residue can't be accepted for return.

✔ Where to Start: Visit our portal to begin your return or exchange.

Note: If the return portal is greyed out, it means your item does not meet the return criteria. We reserve the right to deny returns after a physical inspection if the product does not meet these requirements.

✔Mother's Day Sale: Sale excludes Forme® Scrub Top. Cannot be combined with other discounts. Offer ends 6pm PST May 4th, 2025. Sale orders can only be returned for store credit or exchanges. 

✔Good Morning America Sale: The full return policy is on the GMA website and on your order confirmation page. Return and exchange window is 14 days from payment date. Exchanges have a $8 shipping and handling fee. Returns have a $18 shipping and handling fee. *For orders from GMA, only use this portal to begin your return or exchange.

How Returns & Exchanges Work

✔ One Free Exchange: We offer one exchange per order with free shipping (U.S. only and does not apply to GMA sales)
✔ Exchange Processing: Exchange orders will be processed after we receive and inspect your return.
✔ Shipping Labels Required: You must use our provided return shipping label. If another shipping method is used, we won’t be able to process your return or exchange.
✔ Return Shipping Timeline: Once you receive your return label, please ship your item(s) within 3 days.
✔ Route Shipping Insurance: If you purchased Route (shipping insurance) with your original order, be sure to add it to your exchange order to have shipping insurance on your replacement item.

Shipping Information

✔ Order Processing & Shipping Days: Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
✔ Same-Day Shipping: Most orders placed before 12pm PT are shipped the same day.
✔ Next-Day Shipping: We strive to ship orders placed after 12pm PT on the same day, but they may be processed the following business day.
✔ High-Volume Periods: During busy times, such as sales or holidays, please allow additional time for order processing.

Refunds & Processing Times

Refunds: Once your return is delivered and inspected, refunds will be processed within a week.
Late Returns: If we approve a refund beyond the return window, it will be issued as a Forme gift card.
Processing Fee: A $18 return shipping & processing fee will be deducted from your refund.
No Combining Orders: Please return items from different order numbers separately.

Shipping and Route Protection costs are non-refundable.

Defective or Damaged Items

To qualify for a return or exchange, defective or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, and the report must include photos or videos of the item. Please email us at hello@forme.science with your order details.

Discounts & Price Adjustments

No Retroactive Discounts: Discounts cannot be applied to past orders or exchanges.
No Price Adjustments: Orders placed before a sale or promotion are not eligible for price adjustments. 
Memorial Day Sale: Cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotions, or coupon codes. Offer ends at 11:59 PM PST on May 26, 2025.

International Orders

Final Sale: All orders placed outside the U.S. are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Duties & Taxes: Customers are responsible for custom or duty fees associated with international orders.

Package Protection & Responsibility

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages: We recommend using Route Protection (shipping insurance) to safeguard your order. This is an optional third-party insurance service provided by Shopify, not Forme.
Delivery Responsibility: Forme is not responsible for packages reported as delivered by the carrier or for misdelivered packages due to incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout.

Final Sale Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sculpt + Legging (Sage)

  • Sculpt Short 8" (Sage & Lagoon)

  • Arch Booster Sock

  • Ankle Guard Sock

  • Gift Cards

HSA/FSA Purchases

Use Flex at Checkout: To use HSA/FSA funds, please check out with Flex. Receipts cannot be issued post-purchase.
