The eco-friendly made Core Tee by Forme® is a patented posture correcting activewear that improves your alignment and effectively rehabs neck, back, and shoulder pain commonly associated with poor posture and spinal disorders.

The Forme Core tee is engineered to activate and support key muscle groups. This helps guide the body into proper alignment naturally, without any discomfort.

Using muscle memory engagement and proprioception training technology, Forme keeps your shoulders back and down, training your body to stay in alignment. An innovative tech solution for enhanced performance and easier recovery.

You can wear it alone or under a jacket for work, play, travel, or sleep.

Designed by an orthopedic surgeon to help his mother battle poor posture and compressed lungs from cancer, Forme® will transform your whole body alignment, giving you posture that allows you to perform, think, and live at your highest potential.

The Core Tee is constructed of different materials and thin layers that are stitched together. The Forme tech inner layer is fused across the shoulder blades, creating an elastic-band sensation which is always contracted. When you put the Core tee on, the fused section wants to remain tight no matter how broad you are across the shoulders. This makes your shoulders pull back to their natural position, teaching your body and diaphragm to open.

Some may feel underarm pressure upon first wear. You may size up or consider wearing Forme over a light tee for a few days to allow body adaptation.

Pair it with the Pro Short or Ergo Short for full body alignment.
