"I have FSHD and love the support FORME products provide. I was super excited about the jacket but give it a 4 out of 5 because of the pockets. I am 5’8” and approx 140lbs and ordered a M. It’s tight and cropped and provides great support. However, the pockets hit right at the smallest part of my waste and puff out - not flattering at all! I ended up sewing them shut. It would be awesome if FORME considers zippers on the pockets for optionality. Otherwise, very happy with the jacket."

"This is a winner for me! Dealing with posture and computer hunch at 70 isn't easy and my habits have 'beaten' EVERY other product (including Forme bras and undershirt) but this jacket, zipped up, is one that I can't beat. Seeing improvement in both between regular jacket wear and exercises. Wish there was a lighter color, but this is EXCELLENT."

"The Smart Posture Jacket is quite snug, which makes sense since it’s designed to help correct your posture. Because of that, you can really only wear tighter clothing underneath—it wouldn’t work well over anything bulky. That said, it feels surprisingly light and fairly comfortable when you have it on. I haven’t worn it for extended periods yet, so I can’t fully speak to long-term comfort, but so far it’s been a positive experience."
