"I like the way it trains your body to keep your shoulders back. I wear one for about 14 hours at work. I'm a Respiratory Therapist. When I'm charting on the computer, I don't lean forward anymore. I have herniated discs in my neck, so this probably won't heal those, but it is a VERY COMFORTABLE posture correcter. It's like wearing a sports bra. I bought the pants also. I'm going to wear them to workout because I know I stick my glutes back when lifting. And u really want to do the opposite of that. My Physical Therapist friend told me to hold my shoulders back and tuck your glutes towards the front."
