"I feel improvement in my posture and breathing. The shirt is soft on the outside with a mesh correction layer underneath. It is a noticeable cue to correct how I sit and it’s great. I had to stretch the arm holes multiple times as recommended. However, the mesh still rubs a rash under my arms. I used the size chart and it recommended a L which is what I usually wear. Maybe an XL would have been better. I’ve resorted to wearing it inside out to avoid a rash with my sensitive skin."

So this is intense to

"So this is intense to wear for more than an hour or so but holy moly my posture is amazing while I wear it and for a few hours after. Arms are tight but there is a reason, and it’s to hold the back where they belong. I am trying to work up to wearing under work wear for all day posture control."

"The armhole’s completely cut off circulation to my arms. It would’ve been nice if the circumference of the armholes was included in the size guide. I do have a 36” chest. I have a total bilateral mastectomy and no implants. Therefore, the large shirt should have fit. It was optimistic me who went past the 30 days to return it, positive I would keep losing weight and the shirt being stretched to loosen the holes would ‘meet in the middle’ so to speak and eventually fit. Do better Forme and include circumference in the size guide."
