Return & Exchange Eligibility
✔Complimentary Exchange Shipping Label: We provide one complimentary exchange shipping label per order (U.S. only and does not apply to 3rd party sales)
✔ US Orders: Returns and exchanges are available for orders shipped within the United States, U.S. territories, and U.S. military addresses
✔ CA, AU & UK Orders: All orders placed outside the U.S. are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
✔ Timeframe: Returns or exchanges should be initiated within 30 days of delivery
✔ New Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged - in their original packaging with tags still attached. You're welcome to try it on at home - just make sure it's over light clothing or clean skin. Items with signs of makeup, deodorant, fragrance, or other residue can't be accepted for return.
Where to Start Returns & Exchanges
Note: If the return portal is greyed out, it means your item does not meet the return criteria. We reserve the right to deny returns after a physical inspection if the product does not meet these requirements.
Refunds & Processing Times
✔ Refunds: Once your return is delivered and inspected, refunds will be processed within a week.
✔ Late Returns: If we approve a refund beyond the return window, it will be issued as a Forme gift card.
✔ Processing Fee: If Checkout+ is not purchased at checkout, $18 return shipping & processing fee will be deducted from your refund.
✔ No Combining Orders: Please return items from different order numbers separately.
Shipping and Checkout+ costs are non-refundable.
Checkout+
✔ Free Returns and Exchange Shipping: If you need to return an item for an exchange, refund, or store credit, your return shipping label is covered.
✔ Package Protection: If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, you can submit a claim, and upon approval, receive a same-item replacement at no extra cost.
Discounts & Price Adjustments
✔ No Retroactive Discounts: Discounts cannot be applied to past orders or exchanges.
✔ No Price Adjustments: Orders placed before a sale or promotion are not eligible for price adjustments.
Friends & Family Sale: All offers end 11:59pm PST November 21st, 2025. Cannot be combined with other discounts. Total order value must be over $250 after discounts to receive free shipping. Total order value must be over $500 after discounts to receive free Forme® tote with your order. Free shipping for returns & exchanges applies only to orders using Checkout+ at checkout.
International Orders
All Countries Outside of the US: All orders placed outside the U.S. are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Package Protection & Responsibility
✔ Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages: We recommend using Checkout+ Package Protection to safeguard your order.
✔ Delivery Responsibility: Forme is not responsible for packages reported as delivered by the carrier or for misdelivered packages due to incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout.
