"I had to return my original one for the power bra with the wider arm holes. I wish the one with wider armholes had more color options. I was surprised I needed wider arm holes because I’m quite petite."
"The power bra does help you keep a good posture. I am normally a 34D-34DD and got a medium, which fits great. The smaller arm holes do dig into my under arm flab/chicken wings so I have to adjust the bra over every now and again. I will try the bra with bigger arm holes next times but do wonder if that will enhance the flab? I wore it to workout and noticed a difference as well… instead of reminding myself to keep my back straight, I feel it working. It is not as restrictive as I thought it’s be ~ easy to get on/off. After five hours of working out in it (1 hr), walking around the house (1 hr), sitting at my desk (3 hr) I would recommend to others."

"I love my power bra! I bought it to help with posture correction and subsequent neck, back, and shoulder pain from years of desk/computer work. The difference is measurable and immediate. I did wear it too long on the second day and experienced some discomfort, but I only wore it too long because I like it so much. It was not comfortable driving a long distance, but I LOVE it for daily desk work. Definitely follow the size guide and definitely expect a flat chest. It’s not flattering in that way, but it works. Too soon to comment on posture correction when not wearing the bra. The rewards program is incredible, and I’m looking forward to a second bra and the leggings once my birthday reward hits ;)"

- I purchased a L and due to health issues I just tried it on. It was so painful that I only wore it for 5 minutes. I’m 5’4” and 134 lbs. My breasts spread out. I could hardly get band under my breast. Is there a way to stretch it out?
