"The Forme Power+ Bra is perfect for me after trying on the other Power bras that were too hard to put on and snug armholes depite my slender build. The Power+ is easier to put on, once I removed the pads, and more comfortable with the larger armholes. Thank you for this option. After just 2 days I could already feel my posture corrected, no more slouching. It's amazing how quickly it works. My only regret is that I couldn't afford to get a 2nd one as when I wash it out it takes at least 24 hours to air dry."

"This is extremely tight and hard to get on/off the first time but adjusts the more you wear it. The bra automatically but gently pulls you into the correct position and I find it provides relief to my tense shoulders and upper back. One star off due to still tight and rubbing underarm seams when exercising and the fact that I wish it didn't flatten my chest so much. Good for exercise but not everyday wear due to the flattening."
I have the Revive Bra
"I have the Revive Bra in the Medium and it is a snug and perfect fit for me. I tried the Power+ Bra in two sizes and neither were quite right, I think because I am a 32DDD/F. The Medium didn't hold my girls in and the Large was just a little too loose in the band so I sent them both back. That said, I think if I were a 34DDD the Large would be perfect or the Medium if I were a 32 with smaller cup size. I love the Revive Bra, am looking forward to trying the Radiance Bra, and I live in the leggings! For someone who does a lot of desk work and long commutes and who struggles with back and neck pain due to psoriatic arthritis, Forme wear has been a game changer in managing my pain and keeping healthy posture!"

- I have a torn rotator cuff....Will these be hard to take off and put on...or put a lot of stress on shoulder when doing so? Im not worried about while its on based on the fact that my shoulder feels better when I focus on standing straight and tall, shoulders back.

Based on Forme’s sizing chart (from their Size + Care page), for a 32 DD, the recommended size is M for both the Power Bra and Revive Bra. Forme® We think the Revive Bra could be especially beneficial for her. It provides higher coverage and stronger posture support, which may help relieve her back and shoulder discomfort.
