Return and Exchange Policy

We will happily accept returns and exchanges for eligible products in original condition within 30 days of the order payment date following our policy as stated below. Visit our return portal to start a return or exchange. 

*Currently, there may be backordered items. Backordered items are subject to the return policy, with the return and exchange window starting within 30 days of the order delivery date.

• Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of the order payment date. 
• Items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with the tags still attached. We reserve the right to deny returns upon physical inspection if they do not meet the requirements. 
• Items purchased as part of a sale are only eligible for exchanges or refunds towards store credit. 
• One exchange with free shipping is allowed per original order.
• If you do not use our return shipping labels and ship your order using your own label, a refund or exchange will not be issued. 
• Refunds will be processed within two weeks of receiving the returned product(s) using the exact provided shipping label(s). Route and shipping costs are non-refundable
• The Arch Booster Sock, Ankle Guard Sock, Men's Ace V-Neck, and Pro Short are final sale. Final sale products are not eligible for returns or exchanges. 
• Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount. 
• Defective products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery to qualify for a return or exchange and be returned back to us
• Orders that have already been placed are not eligible for price adjustments. A discount cannot be applied to an exchange. 
• Route Package Protection is insurance for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. We highly recommend adding it to your order. 
• All international orders placed outside of the United States are final sale, and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
